General questions and answers
There are occasionally restrictions for different regions.
You can find an overview in our online shop under „Shipping and payment information“. If your country of delivery is not listed, simply ask us directly by email: shop@premium-haberdashery.de.
The shipping costs depend on the volume, weight and delivery location of your order. As soon as you add something to the shopping basket, you can see the shipping methods and costs for the current shopping basket contents in the shipping costs calculation.
You can also select your own shipping label in the order process under shipping and payment method.
We inform you about the shipping weight and the dimensions of the package, and you send us your shipping label as a PDF file to shop@premium-haberdashery.de

To do so, please open a customer account on the registration page (Create new customer account) and send us a proof of your business activity (trade certificate) via e-mail to b2b@premium-haberdashery.de.
Please note: Only after our manual activation - you will then receive an email - will you see the retailer and graduated prices and be able to purchase at retailer conditions.
To get a good overview of our product range, we offer sample books. These contain grip samples of all ribbons plus information.
