Important shipping information!
Customs duties and import taxes may apply to deliveries from the EU to countries outside the EU. These costs are borne by the recipient of the goods. Please check in advance whether there are any special customs concessions for your country of delivery. On request, we can organise movement certificates or certificates of origin prior to dispatch for a fee. These documents can help to reduce or completely eliminate import duties.
Please note that additional costs, such as storage fees, multiple delivery attempts and returns, may arise if duties are not paid promptly. These may be levied by the relevant customs authority or shipping service provider and are borne by the recipient.
